OLD GOVENOR’S OFFICE
This Project showcased the restoration and refurbishment of the iconic ‘first seat of government’, transformed into a functional library, museum and repository of significant historical items, with reference to governance in Ogun state since inception in 1976. The old Governor’s Office is located within the City Centre Scheme, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
The dilapidated structure was extensively re-designed to include new walls, floors, ceiling, roof structure, roof covering, mechanical and electrical installations. In conjunction with an international landscape architect, the project was further enhanced with the development of delineated ground into a City Park. The Project was implemented using direct labour with direct procurement of quality materials from manufacturers and suppliers.

ADIRE MALL
This unique artistic development straddles the expansive Itoku road which leads to the famous ‘Olumo Rock’. The Adire Mall is constructed entirely of steel and a combination of structural and non-structural steel elements; designed as a H-shaped retail strip mall housing 215 shops of varying sizes with a connector bridge which also houses a number of stalls.
Access to various levels is made easy by the installation of lifts, stairs, and ramps and the design allows shoppers/users to walk through both sides, from end-to-end without having to exit the mall. The development has community-related facilities that enhance the overall neighborhood as a piece of art and architecture.
Alitheia’s Principal worked with the Client from project conception to completion, implementing several cost curtailment strategies all through the project duration; and fast-tracking he project execution by 4 months.

Alitheia Real Estate is the Lead Project Manager on this refurbishment/redevelopment and environmental/urban regeneration project, responsible for the overall coordination of a very large team of advisors, consultants, and agents. The larger objective is the regeneration of the entire old Lagos neighborhood and an extensive environmental remediation exercise.

(RCCG) HEADQUARTER
Alitheia managed the completion of the Redeemed Christian Church (RCCG) Headquarter in Port Harcourt with maximum seating capacity of 2,000. It is the first modernized and contemporary Christian church in Port Harcourt with over 30% of its building structure in glass/ glazed. Alitheia assembled the design team and contractor who delivered the project to cost, time and exceptional quality; ensuring no cost over run.
