Alitheia is a two-pronged business with strong synergies in financial services (Alitheia Capital) and real estate services. Alitheia RE manages bespoke development projects and offers inception to exit real estate services.
We are a real estate advisory and development management company focused on providing bespoke real estate services that meet and exceed the Client’s objectives. We are passionate about democratising access to sustainable, liveable, mixed-use housing and regeneration communities hence, we source opportunities for pools of capital deployed into affordable housing communities. Driven by a passion for successful outcomes, our goal is to change the sector in which we operate through superior expertise, proven processes, systems and relevant technology.
We simplify the rather complex real estate development process, working from conception to completion, and beyond. We manage timelines, budgets, quality and teams, reporting regularly. We anticipate and execute corrective actions. We facilitate investment in the real estate sector through structured vehicles and by providing development and project management services. We make it easier for real estate rich entities to unlock the capital tied up ‘unproductively’ in their property portfolio.
