Olajumoke has 25+ years of experience in the real estate sector as an architect, investment adviser, and development manager
She was in public service for 6 years in a variety of property-related roles including as GM of the State Housing Corporation, SA to the Gov. on Housing Development, Committee Chair on Urban and Physical Planning, DG Bureau of Lands and Survey amongst others. For one year within this period, she was CEO of the FGN- backed social housing intervention programme – Family Homes Funds.
In previous roles, she was Head Property Development in the Shell Pension Fund, pioneer CEO of Avante Property Asset Management Services (Ocean and Oil Holdings Subsidiary). She incubated Provast Limited and Broll Property Services (both pioneer FM companies) and has been involved in initiating Real Estate Funds and REIT-like structures in Nigeria.

Titilola Park has over 22+ years experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of setting up Project Management Offices, delivering value-add and innovative solutions across various sectors – Telco, FMCG, IT, Finance and Real Estate. In previous roles, she has managed and coordinated projects in a network build program for a Telco with a CAPEX budget of over $650m. She has incubated and delivered innovative financial services products built on a multi-level marketing distribution model, delivered residential schemes for a large pool of middle-income subscribers successfully navigating processes including land acquisition, community partnerships and other JV arrangements.
With excellent business and project performance analytics and process re-engineering expertise, Titi has led companies through ISO 27001 Certification, developed and managed corporate marketing strategies and other optimization programs

Opeyemi was for several years the regional director of one of the fast-growing indigenous construction firms in Nigeria. Managing the most diverse portfolio of projects initially in the Southwest and then in the entire southern region, he has delivered celebrated high-quality real estate across the country. Opeyemi has excellent people and project skills and will contribute to the establishment of project and construction management processes/plans and provide analysis on project documentation including the bills of quantities, valuations and other cost related information.

Entrepreneur with 35 years’ work experience. Chinwe has been involved with several design projects for collegiate, commercial, residential, institutional and industrial clients. She has designed and managed building projects in Nigeria, the United States and five other countries,
She first achieved green accreditation in the Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED USA) in 2008. Subsequently, she has worked on several sustainability projects in leadership positions. She is also an Accredited Professional (AP) of Green Star (South Africa) and BREEAM (UK),
In 2012, she received the African Diaspora Marketplace (ADM II) Entrepreneurship Grant for Renewable Energy through the vehicle of Affordable Housing – Designed, engineered and built modular green housing that is self- cooling, solar-powered and water sufficient, for low- income households.
